This deeply relaxing 90-minute experience begins with the soothing vibrations of tingshas, tuning forks and Tibetan bowls, helping to calm the mind, release tension and bring your body back into balance.
As the session unfolds, we move into the steady, grounding rhythm of Reiki drumming — a gentle yet powerful way to connect inward, shift energy, and support emotional release.
From there, you’ll be invited to rest in stillness as Reiki energy flows, allowing your body, mind and spirit to settle, restore and realign.
This is your time to pause… to breathe… to simply be.

Hopi Candling uses natural beeswax candles to draw out impurities and earwax from the ear. 
It can relieve: 

Earwax build up
Sinus problems

Your candling treatment is on both ears for balance and is followed by a gentle ear and face massage.

Using Tibetan bowls and tingshas to balance your energies we will then apply OM tuning forks on the acupressure points; energy blockages can be cleared, you will feel more focused, uplifted and energised.

Start your Reiki session with the vibration of the buffalo drum which enhances the Reiki energies and promotes a deeper experience.

The Reiki session then follows as normal, you will feel more relaxed, and experience a more profound shift in your body.

Reiki Drumming one-to-one

Using only Neals Yard natural and organic products, a Holistic Facial will use products chosen for you on your face and décolletage. The facial will finish with a facial massage and during your face mask process you can choose to have 15 mins of Reiki, hand or foot massage too.

Neals Yard Holistic facial

An Indian Head massage is given seated, over clothing and with or without oil. This is a perfect therapy for a lunch hour as a quick brush of the hair and you can return to work, whether you are too relaxed to do any work is another matter lol. I don't accept responsibility for a telling off from the boss due to non-productivity! lol

Indian Head Massage

Tapping is a powerful technique to reduce fears, phobias, past trauma etc. It can help reduce or remove habits too. Contact me for a consultation in advance. The EFT session is followed by Reiki to calm and aid healing.

This 30 minute therapy can be slotted in to any busy schedule, you can even enjoy it in a cheeky lunch break. You will feel refreshed, energised, balanced, de-stressed and leave with a spring in your step.

Book a distance healing and receive a 30 minute Reiki treatment remotely in the comfort of your own home. I will contact you to request a photo of yourself and your location and will inform you when I start the session and when I end with any feedback that I may have. I charge the same price for animals too, and distance Reiki is great for your pets to help with anxiety, stress, recovery from illness or operations, change in environment, trauma or end of life care.

Distance Healing

Treat yourself to a blend of massage and Reiki. This is a mix and match of 30 mins Reiki with 30 mins of another therapy of your choice. choose from: Back, neck shoulder massage, Indian Head Massage, Crystal Therapy, Soundwave therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Facial (£5 additional free)
