Combining a mix of Life coaching and a holistic centred approach a 1-2-1 coaching session could help you get from where you are to where you want to be.
 Using techniques from EFT, somatics and other mind/body tools this coaching looks at your goals from a completely different perspective.

This deeply relaxing 90-minute experience begins with the soothing vibrations of tingshas, tuning forks and Tibetan bowls, helping to calm the mind, release tension and bring your body back into balance.
As the session unfolds, we move into the steady, grounding rhythm of Reiki drumming — a gentle yet powerful way to connect inward, shift energy, and support emotional release.
From there, you’ll be invited to rest in stillness as Reiki energy flows, allowing your body, mind and spirit to settle, restore and realign.
This is your time to pause… to breathe… to simply be.

Diploma in Swedish Massage
This extensive 2 day course will give you all the training, practice and confidence to be able to qualify and practice in Swedish Massage. 

The course will be face to face, and hands on, with lots of massage time on models within the training session so you will be much more prepared when you go home to practice on your own. 



Ongoing support, full manual supplied with interactive video material to help you become competent and confident with your technique.

Enjoy a peaceful treatment combining traditional Hopi ear candles with a gentle facial massage. Many clients find this deeply relaxing and leave feeling refreshed, calm and cared for. As with all complementary therapies, experiences vary from person to person, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

A full  therapy using crystals carefully chosen just for you intuitively on the day. 

You will be lovingly enveloped in a quartz crystal grid, and using Dowsing and scanning methods your Crystals will be placed on your body. 
You will receive Reiki during the session to enhance the vibrational energies of the crystals and to aid in the whole healing process.

Your own personal one to one sound therapy. 

Using Tibetan bowls and tingshas to balance your energies we will then apply OM tuning forks on the acupressure points; energy blockages can be cleared, you will feel more focused, uplifted and energised. 

We will then follow with the buffalo drum to ground and relax you.

Reiki is a non-invasive therapy that involves light touch and energy work. You will remain fully clothed and benefits include - improved sleep, relaxation, pain reduction. improved focus, stress relief and reduced recovery time from illness or surgery. Contact me for more details.

Animal Reiki can be conducted in my therapy rooms or in your home or other premises. 
If I am travelling I will agree a mileage rate with you before you book/upon booking.

Start your Reiki session with the vibration of the buffalo drum which enhances the Reiki energies and promotes a deeper experience.

The Reiki session then follows as normal, you will feel more relaxed, and experience a more profound shift in your body.

Using only Neals Yard natural and organic products, a Holistic Facial will use products chosen for you on your face and décolletage. The facial will finish with a facial massage and during your face mask process you can choose to have 15 mins of Reiki, hand or foot massage too.

Neals Yard Holistic facial

An Indian Head massage is given seated, over clothing and with or without oil. This is a perfect therapy for a lunch hour as a quick brush of the hair and you can return to work, whether you are too relaxed to do any work is another matter lol. I don't accept responsibility for a telling off from the boss due to non-productivity! lol

Indian Head Massage

Tapping is a powerful technique to reduce fears, phobias, past trauma etc. It can help reduce or remove habits too. Contact me for a consultation in advance. The EFT session is followed by Reiki to calm and aid healing.

Emotional Freedom Technique

Reflexology works on the feet and involves pressure on the different zones of the foot, working on the energy meridians and can promote wellbeing and balance in the body.

Combining a mix of Reiki and Crystals a chakra balance is a wonderful way to have a shorter treatment with maximum benefits. This 30 minute therapy can be slotted in to any busy schedule, you can even enjoy it in a cheeky lunch break. You will feel refreshed, energised, balanced, de-stressed and leave with a spring in your step.

Book a distance healing and receive a 30 minute Reiki treatment remotely in the comfort of your own home. I will contact you to request a photo of yourself and your location and will inform you when I start the session and when I end with any feedback that I may have. I charge the same price for animals too, and distance Reiki is great for your pets to help with anxiety, stress, recovery from illness or operations, change in environment, trauma or end of life care.

Distance Healing

Treat yourself to a blend of massage and Reiki. This is a mix and match of 30 mins Reiki with 30 mins of another therapy of your choice. choose from: Back, neck shoulder massage, Indian Head Massage, Crystal Therapy, Soundwave therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Facial (£5 additional free)
