This deeply relaxing 90-minute experience begins with the soothing vibrations of tingshas, tuning forks and Tibetan bowls, helping to calm the mind, release tension and bring your body back into balance.
As the session unfolds, we move into the steady, grounding rhythm of Reiki drumming — a gentle yet powerful way to connect inward, shift energy, and support emotional release.
From there, you’ll be invited to rest in stillness as Reiki energy flows, allowing your body, mind and spirit to settle, restore and realign.
This is your time to pause… to breathe… to simply be.

I had Reiki and Crystal healing today from Jane.
I went in there with really bad sciatic and knee pain and came out so relaxed and chilled and the pain was very much bearable. Tonight as I am writing this the pain has just about gone.
