I have practiced Reiki for 3 years. I practice daily Reiki as part of my self-care routine. It regulates my state of being, bringing my body, mind and spiritual being into balance.
I find I am calmer now and don’t over react to everyday situations as much as I may have done in the past. Reiki is my chosen gentle daily spiritual practice.- Hi I’m Lisa, I trained in Jikiden Reiki over a year ago. This is a ‘hands on’ approach to energy healing which helps with the reduction of stress and encourages self healing. I have experienced the benefits of reiki myself, as it has helped me to relax and strengthen my overall wellbeing. I believe in the power of energy healing and hope to help others.

The best part of the month!

Really enjoyed this much needed treatment today. I have chronic back pain which is what Jane concentrated on today, and it has helped me. Also, when Jane was around head area I saw my Mam and she said she was proud of me and then I saw love heart shaped lights. Feeling really good now. Thank you Jane x

I had a reiki session today. It was lovely. I could definately feel the benefit. Jane is fabulous at what she achieves. I also go to the qigong sessions on a Monday and would highly recommend this class . Thank you Jane

Ohhhh reflexology and Reki today and it was fabulous. Lush little relax session, Jane knows her stuff and is generally lovely to talk to. I'm excited for my next session. X
