As the session unfolds, we move into the steady, grounding rhythm of Reiki drumming — a gentle yet powerful way to connect inward, shift energy, and support emotional release.
From there, you’ll be invited to rest in stillness as Reiki energy flows, allowing your body, mind and spirit to settle, restore and realign.

We know that we don't need a qualification to work on our own animals, however you may wish to specialise in animal Reiki and a qualification will how you are professional, knowledgeable and competent if you wish to add it to your Reiki practice.
The class will run over 6 weeks. You will do some coursework in the class, and hopefully we can also have some hands-on practice too if we can get some "guinea-pigs" (lol).

A sound bath is a deep, beautiful meditation experience.

You will be supplied with a yoga mat.
Bring your own pillow and blanket so you are snuggly.

Immersive and moving, the tingshas, tibetan bowls and gong will raise your vibration, empower and shift your energy.

You may feel more positive, more relaxed, energised, released, moved or more focused. Sound works in wonderful ways and no two sessions are the same.
