A sound bath is a deep, beautiful  meditation experience. 

You will be supplied with a yoga mat.
Bring your own pillow and blanket so you are snuggly. 

Immersive and moving, the tingshas, tibetan bowls and gong will raise your vibration, empower and shift your energy. 

You may feel more positive, more relaxed, energised, released, moved or more focused. Sound works in wonderful ways and no two sessions are the same.

You will be lovingly enveloped in a quartz crystal grid, and using Dowsing and scanning methods your Crystals will be placed on your body. 
You will receive Reiki during the session to enhance the vibrational energies of the crystals and to aid in the whole healing process.

An Indian Head massage is given seated, over clothing and with or without oil. This is a perfect therapy for a lunch hour as a quick brush of the hair and you can return to work, whether you are too relaxed to do any work is another matter lol. I don't accept responsibility for a telling off from the boss due to non-productivity! lol
